- Can we call this past game a success?
 
- Of course not. Each game is very important to us. Regardless of the opponent: whether it’s “Sokol” or “Vinnitskie Haidamaki” today’s game is not the exception. We allways should play our best regardless of the team. We knew that the team is not as talented with these players as other teams are. The task for the players was to try different schemes in the Power play. They almost got it. I am not satisfied with the play of the game. For instance, they lost the face-off today. This is not the first time we have played this way, in the past and we got beat. In A similar game with “Berkut” in the first seconds of the game we got scored on. These moments don’t make us happy but in general I am satisfied with the game. The guys played good despite the fact that opponents have a very young exciting team but the most important is we won the game. We played well enough that won the game.
 
- How would you estimate the debut of Nicholay Okhlobystin?

- He played well and scored a goal. In general, I'm happy. For now we still have a game with the team from Kharkov. We need to get a victory in this game and then travel to Kiev. After these games we can evaluate his performance. I will repeat again, he played well today.

- What is the reason that the top scorer of "Donbass-2" Roman Blagoy is absent today?

- Don’t you know? Roman has an injury. This is not the first game he has missed due to injury.

- How long he will be out of action?

- With these questions you can contact the doctor. We have a doctor who is responsible for it. The coach is responsible for training, and the doctor for the sickness and injuries. How long it would take, I don’t know. Maybe a month or maybe he will be absent until the end of the season.

- In the regular season games you always want to expect a better result, but everything depends on the training process and on the level of physical preparation of the team. If the last game we had on January 20, when we were playing "Berkut" and then 5 days off, what can I say? We haven’t been on ice for five days and then went immediately to Kharkov. There was 45 minute training in the morning and the second training was this morning.

- Playing with the leaders, are you preparing for the tough challenge ahead of you?

- Despite the fact, whatever our situation may be, you are preparing the team to win and play at their best. Whatever happens during the game, we will make those changes to win the game. If you don’t have high goals for your team, then you might as well not try.

- What did you say to the team after the game in the locker room?

- I said that, whatever might happen, we played our best hockey in a professional way. And as we both know the best team will survive. And if the league is called professional - it does not mean that all the players there are professionals. They consider themselves as professionals, but do not always play up to their professional levels in today’s game, because professional level should be in every game. Independent approach and training - all in the complex.
