At the end of the match "Donbass-2" - "Biliy Bars", the coach of our team, Igor Andryushchenko answered some questions of the the media

- It is important that today, especially in the second and third periods, the game was played by our team. It was an idea presented on the ice, you've seen us to played the Raman. It was that hockey, which our fans likes. Disappointing thing is that the first period started a few messy. Perhaps we could say, a wrong attitude to rival...

- How important is it was today to redeem your failure against the "Companion"?

- Not quite right to talk about rehabilitation. During a meeting with "Companion" the quality of our game was good. I think it was a hard match with the "Sokol" and the weariness of the major players, who played for national teams in a three-week period of pause, affected. In the national team they played with a heavy load. Psychologically, the match against the "Sokol" also has developed not so easy, and this little tired, alas, had played against us in a fight with the "Companion". Once again, to talk about the satisfaction in today's match does not make sense. The guys were doing on the ice just the same, that a few days earlier in Kiev in the walls of the complex "ATEC".

- Today your hockey players  thoughts were already in a match with the "Berkut", December 29 ?

- Subconsciously, whether we like it or not, matches with the "Sokol" and "Berkut" stand apart. Anyway, to play against these teams is setting your mood higher than, than we can say, against our todays opponent.

Konstantine Butsenko: "The meeting with the favorites of the season - for us is like litmus paper"

Mentor of the club from the capital  in an interview with the club's press-service of HC "Donbass" shared his view on the event of just ended in LD "Leader" match :

- During a recent three-week break in the championship, we tried to tighten our functional readiness. In all games we strive to give to an opponent a fight. In games with the "Lions" and "Vinnitsa" it brought us to victory. For the coaching staff of the team guys attitude for today's game with the "Donbas-2" is paramount. It's no secret: it is always nice to play against the team claiming the title. In games with such an opponent you can always see what we represent, how our players are prepared. Meetings with the favorites of the season we would rather consider, as an element of selection: on desire, technical capabilities, the fighting qualities with an eye to next season. Today's game was very interesting and very lively.

- What happened with your guys in the second period?

- I do not know what to say. Perhaps to the locker room at the first break came fan of "Donbass-2" and raised two flags of Donetsk team (bitter smile - approx. Aut.). Because when we, after the second period carried out the flags - the final third of the match was played 1:1. All of this, you understand, sarcasm. Seriously, when they came for the first period - they were ready to cling to their chances. When the youth saw that the score 0-0 after the first period, they subconsciously think that everything will go well. But hockey - a game where the opponent does not forgive the smallest mistakes. Here the masters of ice punished us for the wrong psychological tone and blunders near our own goal, in the second period. Hence the final score on the scoreboard.
