Sergei Shakurov, General director of Donbass has announced 23 more players to be signed by the club.
8 players from the Ukrainian junior (U-18) team, which won IIHF U-18 Division 2 World championship in Donetsk, will come to Donetsk for next season. Goalie Pavlo Yachnyk, defensemen Vsevolod Tolstushko, Artem Yevseichyk, Anton Dyky, Andriy Lyashok, forwards Olexiy Yanishevskyi, Ruslan Romashenko, Andriy Istominov are to join the team soon. Besides them, three more players of the Ukrainian U-20 team signed their contracts - forwards Mykyta Gerya, Artem Kobikov, Dmytro Khanin and a defenseman Danil Korzh.
The other players are:
Defensemen: Artem Neverov, Ruslan Svyrydov, Volodymyr Oksenenko; forwards: Igor Shamanskyi, Oleksiy Melnykov, Mykhailo Dolynin, Dmytro Siryi, Yegor Smolin, Valentyn Aleksyuk (a brother of a Donetsk defenseman Volodymyr), Ievhen Sekyrko, Igor Slusar.
