19 clubs expressed a desire to take part in the next drawing of the Continental Cup, starting September 28, 2012. Almost all of them - the Champions of their countries. In addition to them, into the fight for the trophy, will switch on the VHL Champion - Neftekamsk "Toros", as well as the winners of the lower divisions of their countries - "Vaasan" from Finland and the "Landshut Cannibals" from Germany.
Two semi-final rounds, upon results of which two finalists of the Tournament will be determined ("Donbass" and "Rouen Dragons" will get to the Finals out of the competition) will be held in Bolzano (Italy) and Stavanger (Norway).
